Lot is on level asphalt millings making it easy to set up your RV. Pricing includes water, sewer hookup, 30 AMP connection, 50 AMP connection, and electricity.

Laundry room with washer and drier will be available soon. You must agree to all Park Rules before registering and you must pay for your stay in advance.

If you are in the area for an extended time working working at the Megasite, we have what you need. We offer simple on-line payment options and a no-hassle stay.

You must pay for your electricity. You will be billed monthly for electricity usage shown on meter.

You MUST agree to all Park Rules before registering. Payment is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are due if payment is not made by the 5th of each month. All monthly stays must end on the last day of the calendar month. If a guest terminates or vacates before the month’s end, a $150 early termination fee will apply and the guest must pay their prorated monthly rent plus the $150 early termination fee.

For monthly guests, a deposit is required upon reservation processing. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay only if all bills and fees are paid in full when you depart.

Move-Out Notice & Fees
Rent is not prorated upon move-out, and security deposits are returned once all final electricity charges are paid. Because last-minute move-outs create scheduling challenges, the following notice fees apply:

5 or more days’ notice: No fee

2–4 days’ notice: $125

1 day or no notice: $250

These fees are separate from the security deposit.

Lot Changes
If a guest requests to move to a different lot during their stay, and we are able to accommodate them, a $100 administrative fee will apply per move. Guests must be ready to move when availability is confirmed, as vacancies must be filled promptly. Unfortunately, delayed or weekend moves cannot be accommodated.
